Taking 5 – 15 minutes in the morning before work day begins really helps you move more smoothly and confidently into your day…stimulates creativity for problem solving and new ideas.
Taking 5 – 15 minutes mid-day (the CEOs daily vacation) allows you to think over the mornings activities and prepare for the afternoon.
Add the same amount of time to the evening to review the day’s activities – particularly noticing what you liked and didn’t like. We’ll talk more about this in our sessions.
