The EFT Story
By combining Traditional Chinese Medicine’s (TCM) ancient knowledge of the human body’s energy lines with the behaviors we do to comfort ourselves under stress, a few folks figured out a way for anyone to quickly and easily clear physical, emotional and mental pain.
EFT officially falls under the heading, ‘Energy Psychology’. It’s the new kid on the block when it comes to healing therapies, but don’t let its youth fool you. EFT’s effectiveness has passed controlled studies with flying colors, and professionals around the world continue to incorporate EFT into their practices.
What about the Tapping?
The reason EFT is also called ‘tapping’, is because the technique involves tapping key energy points on the head, face and hands in order to assist your mind and body in making energetic changes.

EFT has been used to overcome all kinds of things. Here’s a few worth thinking about:
Releasing limiting beliefs
Releasing fears and phobias
Overcoming limiting beliefs
