Move Over Fred Astaire – Tapping Is More Than A Dance

by FinerMinds Team  February 6, 2011

No, you don’t need to put metal tips on your shoes – and we’re not talking about that thing you do when you’ve been waiting in line too long either. We’re talking about the kind of tapping that’s used to free yourself of limiting beliefs, health problems, career frustrations, financial worries or plain ole day-to-day doldrums …

The Simple Solution

EFT is the quick way to say “Emotional Freedom Technique”. What is this technique? It’s the speedy method for making major life shifts. Sound to good to be true? Read on and find out more.

The EFT Story

By combining Traditional Chinese Medicine’s (TCM) ancient knowledge of the human body’s energy lines with the behaviors we do to comfort ourselves under stress, a few folks figured out a way for anyone to quickly and easily clear physical, emotional and mental pain.

EFT officially falls under the heading, ‘Energy Psychology’. It’s the new kid on the block when it comes to healing therapies, but don’t let its youth fool you. EFT’s effectiveness has passed controlled studies with flying colors, and professionals around the world continue to incorporate EFT into their practices.

What about the Tapping?

The reason EFT is also called ‘tapping’, is because the technique involves tapping key energy points on the head, face and hands in order to assist your mind and body in making energetic changes.

Where Acupuncture applies needles and acupressure applies pressure, tapping, as the name suggests, uses gentle tapping to achieve its results.

EFT Uses

EFT has been used to overcome all kinds of things. Here’s a few worth thinking about:

Releasing limiting beliefs
Improving relationships
Releasing fears and phobias
Attracting Abundance
Overcoming limiting beliefs
